This endpoint has been deprecated and may be replaced or removed in future versions of the API.

Formerly returned compact IoT PoC actor records (challengers and witnesses) for the gateway. HIP 149 retires IoT Proof-of-Coverage, so this endpoint no longer returns PoC actor data and now responds with an empty list.
