Mobile data projection bands for the gateway

GET 
/gateways/:address/mobile/data/projection

Returns projection-only hourly expected transfer bands for mobile data.

This endpoint intentionally excludes complete/stable historical hours and focuses on:

  • provisional current/recent hours (based on watermark freshness)
  • watermark-anchored forecast horizon
  • seasonal baseline with weighted same-slot forgetting so recent weeks influence projection more

Note: forecast is anchored to network-level watermarkTime, not wall-clock now. If ingestion is globally delayed, forecast hours can therefore be historical.

Use /gateways/{address}/mobile/data/sum for finalized hourly history.
