IOT reward sums for the gateway

GET 
/gateways/:address/iot/rewards/sum

Returns summed IoT rewards for the specified window, optionally bucketed by time.

Bucketed responses include zero totals for missing UTC buckets, newest first. Only entirely missing buckets receive a zero row, using the preceding recorded token unit (the earliest unit for leading gaps, HNT for an empty history). Real mixed-token buckets are preserved with HNT first; after a migration bucket containing both tokens, gaps use HNT. Zero rows omit prices and earnings rates. Unbucketed aggregates retain their existing behavior. Ranges may contain at most 100,000 buckets; the upper bound is exclusive.
