Mobile usage details for the gateway

GET 
/gateways/:address/mobile/usage/details

Returns mobile gateway usage details for the specified gateway.

This endpoint exposes the newer mobile usage details model which separates usage into:

• usage: default (rewarded + unrewarded) usage with optional rewarded bytes
• sampled: demand-sampling usage (unrewarded)

Note: usage and/or sampled may be omitted when their totals are all zero for the epoch. Clients may treat an omitted bucket as all zeros.
