Mobile coverage for hex

This endpoint has been deprecated and may be replaced or removed in future versions of the API.

Returns radios covering the specified H3 hex, along with related coverage metadata. Evaluates recent coverage objects with validity = valid (0) and seniority updates marked as reason = new_coverage_claim_time (1). Heartbeat status is not considered. HIP 149 retired Mobile Proof-of-Coverage and coverage object generation, so results use frozen historical radio coverage.
