Network gateway unbans

GET 
/network/gateways/events/unbans

Returns unban events for the last 7 days (UTC-aligned). The window is fixed server-side; pagination is time-based. Results are sorted by _id descending (roughly newest first); clients should sort by timestamp if strict ordering is required.
